Book a Yin Yoga
session

We need a balance of Yin and Yang for our health and well-being. These two principles must intertwine in a continuous flow, much like night and day, to keep Qi or energy in harmony.
However, our Western life is predominantly Yang, focusing on action, productivity, constant movement, and stimulation. Even modern Yoga has evolved into its more active or muscular forms.
Balancing means cultivating these more Yin aspects: rest, introspection, gentleness, patience, and listening.

What a Yin Yoga session consists of:

Physically, it’s a static practice that stimulates the deeper and less elastic tissues: fascia, tendons, ligaments, bones, providing them with hydration, strengthening, and increased flexibility.

We adapt postures to the individual’s body characteristics, following the principles of functional anatomy, and typically remain in them for 3 to 10 minutes, also stimulating the meridians or energy channels
A Yin Yoga session is about creating a pause in the day for slowness and contemplation, for simplicity, which also presents its own challenges.
It’s an accessible and suitable practice for relaxation, stress reduction, and is also very interesting for athletes or practitioners of other dynamic forms of yoga.
