These are personalized sessions in which we’ll work collaboratively, performing exercises and observing together to become aware of biomechanical tensions, breathing patterns, strong or weak areas, and their impact on your overall health and well-being.
Based on our observations and your goals, we’ll define the number of sessions. From there, I’ll design a personalized practice for you, adapted to your schedule, which may include various yoga tools such as postures, seed thoughts, breathing and relaxation exercises, visualizations, sounds, etc.

This way, you can develop a personal practice at home, which we’ll supervise together and adapt with variations and progressions.

This approach to yoga is aimed at comprehensive health care, including psychoemotional aspects. The connection between the guide and the practitioner and your commitment to the process are crucial and empowering.
