Contact me

I was born in Barcelona, and there, among other things, I discovered the need to reconnect with nature.
Hiking and climbing led me to walk and spend hours on the rocks, contemplating the essentials as my first natural meditations.

Motherhood brought me to live in the Pyrenees, and raising my children guided me toward yoga.

Nineteen years ago, I began practicing yoga, and a few years later, I completed my first yoga teacher training. Life soon provided the right coincidences to start sharing it with others.
To heal and understand an injury, I delved into therapeutic yoga, first from an anatomical perspective and later from a more traditional and energetic angle.
For the past few years, I’ve complemented my more dynamic practice with Yin yoga and I both practice and guide meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. I continue to explore and educate myself in these arts.

Gratitude

From the bottom of my heart, I extend my gratitude to all the teachers from whom I’ve learned so much technically and professionally and who have nurtured me and contributed greatly to my personal growth.

I’m thankful to Marta Schröder for her luminous guidance and presence, a constant reminder to step out of myself and never take anything for granted.

To all my fellow practitioners from whom I’ve received teachings, with whom we’ve organized beautiful gatherings, and to everyone who has shared their practice with me, teaching me everything I don’t know and encouraging me to always look with fresh eyes.
