Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
What does a Hatha Yoga session entail:
Through the slow execution of postures and sequences, we develop bodily awareness. The postures work on strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
Yoga as a practice is an experiential science that each person explores from within.
We observe the breath, explore its possibilities through pranayama exercises, and learn to synchronize it with movement.
The practice requires attention, and it’s through mindful execution that you will gradually discover the connection between body, breath, attitudes, and states of consciousness.
If you already have a regular practice, I’ll guide you to tune into a mental placement as an inner witness of the process, which continually observes contractions, tensions, resistances, density, or the unfolding of a certain transparency.
If you’re a beginner and these words seem somewhat abstract, don’t worry; it’s like trying to explain an aroma. Begin, and the practice itself will gradually reveal its meaning.
